* SGP is Student Growth Percentile and it compares a student's growth to that of his or her academic peers nationwide. SGP is measured on a 1 to 99 scale. Lower numbers indicate lower relative growth, and higher numbers indicate higher relative growth. For instance, if a student has an SGP of 75, it means the student has shown more growth than 75 percent of his or her academic peers. Teachers and administrators can use SGP scores to determine if students grew more than, less than, or as much as expected.

*MLL: Muti Language Learner
*GT : Gifted Talented
*SPED : Special Ed
*FRL : Free or Reduced Lunch
*CMAS : Colorado Measures of Academic Success
*ELA : English Language Arts
*PSAT : Preliminary SAT or Scholastic Assessment Test
*Star : Renaissance Testing Platform
*EBRW : Evidance Based Reading and Writing

*Licensed teachers are certified professionals trained and credentialed specifically for classroom instruction. Other school staff such as aides, custodians, administrative personnel, and many support roles perform essential non-teaching duties and typically require different qualifications that do not include instructional licensure. (Some positions, like counselors and librarians, are also licensed but are not classroom teachers)

Colorado Department of Education School Schoolview Data Dashboard

Each year, Colorado schools and districts receive performance ratings.

CDE publishes annual School and District Performance Frameworks (SPFs and DPFs) that provide "school plan type" and "district accreditation" ratings under the state accountability system.

The ratings are based on student achievement and growth on state tests as well as things like graduation rates, dropout rates, college entrance exams and college matriculation rates.

Performance ratings let schools and districts know how well they are doing in these areas and also help CDE identify ways to help struggling schools.

View the data on the SchoolView webpage.
